Additional Charges

Insurance is compulsory for all exhibitors and a USD 500 charge will be added to all contracts - if you have your own insurance please complete the waiver.

The compulsory internet listing is charge a USD 250 for all Design Gallery stands, with the exception of all WAUTA members who will receive this listing free of charge.

There will be a charge of USD 650 per stand sharer where applicable.

VAT at the applicable rate will be added to the above costs.

Please note the following payment terms apply once a contract has been issued:

10% deposit plus VAT payable on return of contract

55% plus VAT payable by 3/6/09

100% plus VAT payable by 3/9/09

Talks on the windows will take place at 10.30am & 2pm each day of the Fair.

During the Fair, experts from the Gemmologists Association will be presenting information relating to various aspects of the gemstone industry. The speakers are:

• Dr.N .P Panday: Exploring the Colour Palette
